Celestial Meditation: 5 Minutes to Meditation

March 31st, 2011 by Jae Smith

Meditation. The very sound of it conjures up supreme serenity, yet it is an art and science that has yet to be mastered. For that reason, I wanted to make a special gift for my blog followers so that they get 5

minutes each day to mediate and unplug.

Meditation begins with learning to create an inner sanctuary of peace where you can commune with your Higher Self and gain access to limitless power to change your life and mindset, reach your goals, build and maintain relationships, weath creation, get creative ideas, to heal your spirit, soul and body.

5 minutes to meditation is designed to help you enter into the inner chi that is so still and

refreshing, yet powerful enough to take you into a new dimension of heightened thoughts and

creativity.

At first, you will want to look at the video, which is great, but then the secret is to close your eyes

and focus on the music AND be aware of your breathing. Be mindful of your breath and simply breathe normally while you give attention to it. Again, focus on the music and focus on your breath. Although this meditation is designed to take you away, it is also designed to keep you somewhat engaged on the simplicity of vibrating in the positive enrgy streams of the universe and in keep you

focused in the moment of NOW.

Living Your Passion

March 28th, 2011 by Jae Smith

This article was inspired by my lovely and talented friend, Carly Taylor, an Internet Marketing diva who has a heart for women entrepreneurs. Releasing her new eBook, “Find Your Passion Pulse” was truly a great reminder for me to get back to what moves me most: blogging and helping new entrepreneurs orient themselves to Internet Marketing.

You see, Carly’s book is about looking deep within yourself, soul searching and finding your bliss. It is about discovering that thing that makes you come alive. It’s about connecting to an area that lights you up from the inside so much that your luminosity is shared among everyone that comes in contact with you. Carly’s own life journey takes you on a course that reminds you just how precious life is and there is only time to do ONE thing—YOUR PASSION.

Going through the highs and lows, pitfalls and triumphs with Carly’s lucid description of how she finally came to the conclusion that following her own passion was the sure way to go rang a clarion bell within me to do just that: follow my passion.

I had forgotten that for a while. So I started living my passion by not trying to live up to everyone else’s expectations of me. I had more people trying to recruit me to this biz opp or the other. Although I liked many of the things the recruiters were into, I just was not into what they were doing. I loved what they were doing, but it was THEIR passion, not mine. I thank Carly for helping me realize that I have to go back to doing what my original dream is. That’s building my blog and providing true service and information that is helpful to my audience so that they can cut down on their learning curve. I could have saved thousands and thousands of dollars had I found someone who led me in the right direction without being on the take to add me to their downline.

Carly’s “Find Your Passion Pulse” helps you truly focus on what is important to you. So as not to divide your attention, she shows you how to pursue your goals so that you give only your attention to that. Many recruiters and those with a sales agenda will come and try to take you off of your focus. They see that you are having success so they want you on their team. If they really want to work with you, they would join what you are doing and follow that thing that you are passionate about. So, let’s do this. Let’s stay focus on the passion the drives you each day.

Carly’s book is a visceral reminder, “Is what you’re doing breathing life and inspiration in you everyday?” “Is what you’re doing giving you a reason for being? For living? Is it all consuming and make you absolutely happy? If you are not feeling this way, Carly has mapped out plans to help you determine whether you are on the right course—or not.
